At Matchely, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy, we’re here to help.


Returns
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it

  • The item must be in its original packaging

  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required


Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are not eligible for return, including:

  • Used or damaged items not caused by us

  • Items returned without original packaging

  • Final sale or discounted items


Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method

  • Processing time is typically 5–10 business days


Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
If you need an exchange, please contact us.


Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable


Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We will resolve the issue as quickly as possible at no extra cost.
